Product Update: Real-Time Analytics
We've taken lessons from field tests and updated our platform to enable our customers to view deployed generator data anywhere, anytime. Learn more about the latest update in this article.

This product update provides our customers with a dashboard that shows vital generator deployment data in an easy-to-view format. With this update, there is a focus on making your data accessible from anywhere at any time so you are fully aware of generator performance.

Having successfully deployed hydrogen generators across the UK we have been speaking to our deployment partners to better understand how we can improve the Hydrologiq platform.

After spending time out on deployments and gaining feedback from our deployment partners we were able to establish that a number of customer problems needed to be addressed.

Firstly, as a site manager, it is important to have visibility on fuel usage and availability which will ultimately ensure that there are no disruptions during site operation. Secondly, understanding when the next refuelling date is scheduled will ensure there is no disruption on the site and logistically everything can be prepared beforehand.

Site disruption can be costly so we have placed a lot of emphasis on ensuring that our platform addresses this at the core of our product.

We also spoke with environmental managers who told us that they were especially interested in seeing how much CO2e is being saved when using a hydrogen generator compared to a diesel generator.

Seeing this data would provide an easy way to measure and gauge whether the environmental target is being met.

Real-Time Analytics for easy generator monitoring

Hydrologiq’s Real-Time Analytics web app, which pulls data from our Smart Manifold and Condition Monitoring System, allows customers to see at a glance the essential statistics of the system. Customers are able to see:

✅ The current system status

✅ Real-time power and fuel usage

✅ Historical power and fuel usage

✅ Other real-time system characteristics such as hydrogen pressure and temperature

✅ CO2 emission and corresponding saving compared with diesel, based on a selected time window

✅ The next scheduled refueling date

✅ A log of deployment and refueling activities

Real-Time Analytics forms part of Hydrologiq’s overall remote monitoring technology, which is integrated with our alerting and fuel scheduling systems, ensuring that the customer’s system will always operate without disruption.

What this means for our customers:

✅ Instant access to system status ensures peace of mind that all systems are go and can be checked from any device at any time.

✅ You have access to a dashboard that will provide multiple metrics for easy evaluation to gain better insights.

✅ This has all been optimised for mobile devices too so you can review this data instantly on any device.

✅ Driving fleet-wide efficiency by immediately identifying poor-performing generators or project sites.

✅ Minimising hydrogen fuel orders wastage - only order the hydrogen you need.

Overall we have made this feature update to help our customers be more data-driven, help to improve business efficiency and meet net-zet targets.
