Can it monitor inside ATEX zones?
Yes, the RMS is designed for ATEX-rated situations. We've designed the system to achieve both safe monitoring and a price point that allows rollout of the system across your entire operations portfolio. The IoT enclosure sits outside the ATEX zone and is built with intrinsically safe circuits protecting all monitoring cables leading into the ATEX zones.
What gas storage types are compatible?
Our smart upgrade system is designed for universal interoperability. It works with tube trailers, MCPs (manifolded cylinder pallets), mini-trailers, and static storage systems from any manufacturer. If it has a pressure sensor output, we can monitor it. If it doesn't have a pressure sensor output, then we can supply an optional inline monitoring solution to turn any dumb storage into a smart asset.
What is Logiq and do I need it?
Logiq is the platform that will give you remote access to your telemetry, predictive consumption forecasting and other reporting. If you wish to expand beyond the telemetry module, Logiq gives you access to an advanced suit of tools to manage all aspects of gas distribution and sales - from distribution optimisation, to customer order management.

What training is required for installation?
Installation must be carried out by competent personnel on your team in consultation with the product manual. If required, Hydrologiq can provide training or even first installation support, allowing your team to self-serve future installations. Installation into ATEX zones must be carried out by suitably trained and qualified personnel. Hydrologiq has a deployment team that can support installing units into hazardous areas if required.
